What to Do Before You Book Your Session

Before you book your session, please read “What to Expect During Your Session.”

If you have any medical issues, please check with your doctor before booking your session.

Our chairs have a maximum weight of 265 lbs. Please respect this. Thank you.

We understand that emergencies arise and that you may need to cancel your appointment. Please do so as soon as possible.

If you are planning to do both the salt room and the sauna, please book your salt room time first and then choose your sauna in the next available time slot after your salt session (the salt session is 40 minutes). Please book the salt room session first and then the sauna. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at 814-797-2013.

To use your gift card, book the session without paying for it and bring your gift card with you. We can run your gift card after your session is complete. All gift cards can be used for items in our shop also.
